有關揮棒動作~~ - 壘球

我想一般很多人都會在揮棒時只有手的力量去揮棒~忽略了用腰去帶
動身體~這樣會比較有力量~
而我想問的是(1)只用手的力量比較打的到球心,當我用腰的力量時~容易產生身體不協調,
導致身體開掉,咬不到球心(是要多練就會改善嗎?)
(2)catch ball時扣完時球會提早落地,沒扣完會飄起來
(是放球點的問題嗎?)
