運動分有氧運動跟無氧運動兩種
簡單的來區分
有氧運動--馬拉松的長跑
無氧運動--100公尺衝刺的短跑
在划水上
有氧划水--向外划出去,要划很遠,要划很多下
無氧划水--追浪的時候,啪啪啪啪啪啪~ 下浪!!
練習上的訣竅
有氧划水--『呼吸』是最重要的,調節你的呼吸,讓你的呼吸的『吐氣』
的同時,剛好配合手往後划(用力伸直)的時機,讓每個用
力都是吐氣,多練習,練習久了就會成自然的划水動作,讓
你划水不再喘噓噓~
你看!老手不都是邊划邊聊天,還划的比你快咧~
無氧划水-- 划水的『頻率』(TEMPO)是很重要的,像火車一樣慢慢的由
慢變快,仔細看看老手追浪的動作吧!
你看!老手不都是輕鬆追浪,邊划還可以邊回頭看浪咧~
