身高168cm體重68公斤男生想找個適當的時間運動早上最大限度是5點起床而且希望是有效有用能不厭其煩的持續做下去的運動方法飲食方面都很正常只是想甩掉肚子跟大腿的肥肉大約到55公斤左右我就很滿意了不要建議我走路什麼的我上學都常走路沒什麼錢買太好的運動器材還有我不喜歡打籃球希望各位大
