之前看不少跑者建議跑步呼吸時,盡量深呼吸,建議吸氣的越深越好!?
近來跑步都慢慢調整呼吸,但是感覺吸太深,頻率會變來變去
之後會感到不協調...
原本是以2吸2吐,但是如果深呼吸,會破壞協調性..還是我方法錯誤?
後來跑久了容易出現打嗝或是肚子脹脹的
這是因為吐氣沒完全吐出來關係嗎?
還是哪裡出了問題?
