"Every player dreams to win a title in his home country in front of his
crowd. I'm happy to have done it four times and I can only hope this wasn't
the last time," said Gonzalez, who has a 29-5 record through nine event
appearances at the Movistar Open. "It is always fantastic to feel the energy
from the crowd. That's nothing better than this."

"I played at a high level all week long and am extremely pleased about that.
However the most important thing was my intensity during the four matches
I've played here in Vina del Mar."

"I would like to thank Chucho to let me win the title," said Gonzalez, who
improves to a 8-2 record against the Argentine. "He is a great friend of
mine and if I hadn't won the trophy would still be in good hands."

"I'm a bit upset for not playing as good as I wanted," said Acasuso.
"Fernando had a great week and deserved to win the title. Even though I still
feel I had a good week."

Gonzalez接下來會去美國準備春季硬地，Acasuso繼續留在南美比賽。
