新竹瑜珈課推薦 (一半熱身一半動作) - 瑜珈 Yoga

希望能推薦90分鐘左右的課程,大約一半時間熱身,再作動作的
目前試上60分鐘的好像都太趕(非竹教大),只在作動作,呼吸吐吶沒有說明得很詳細
作完沒有覺得舒暢的感覺
聽說福華飯店有90分鐘的candy老師,不知道是否推薦呢?
