新手長濱初半馬想破2請教 - 路跑 Road Running

跑版的各位前輩&秋森萬大家好
小弟前陣子看到了太魯閣馬的消息後興起了想跑馬的念頭
恰好上週被P大的初全馬請益燒到,就報了長濱馬的半馬
因為是人生的初半馬,就給自己一個破2的目標
簡單說明目前身體狀況
31Y 172/72 沒量過體脂但公司的體檢報告是正常
之前運動習慣為每周打2~3次羽球,每次2~3hr
每周一次徒手核心及腿部(靠牆深蹲.保加利亞分腿蹲.弓箭步蹲)訓練
每一~兩周慢跑一次6~7km(6:30~7分速不等)
報名完之後簡單爬了一下文,版友給新手的建議都是先堆跑量
想請問各位,目前練跑速度都6分半~7分速,沒有覺得喘(不好意思沒有戴錶量心律的習慣)
安排每周25K,跑至少四天,之後每個假日會跑一次逐漸增加的長距離(10K.12K.15K)
比賽之前以慢速跑一次21K看看
這樣的練跑是否有機會在5月初的半馬破2
還是需要加入一些肌力的訓練? 或者要將目前練跑速度再降低先以增加距離為主
請各位前輩指導一下小弟
