新手請教 - 路跑 Road Running

打擾大家了:
小弟是慢跑新手
7.15號開始慢跑
目的是減肥
Age:38 身高178 體重101kg 現在大概95.96kg
開始前10天大約跑2km
7.25開始加到4km
這一個禮拜開始5到6km 從7.15號到昨天大約休息了5天左右
昨天第一次看自己時間 5.2km 跑了45分鐘
想請問一下 我的速度是不是太慢了 可是每次速度加下去
就喘到不行 腳似乎也無法加速
我現在是該注重把距離慢慢加上去
還是要求速度快一點?
