大家好,小弟這一年有迷上跑步,當初只是為了健康而跑,結果沒多久就慢慢愛上跑步,只是礙於輪班工作,一直沒有什麼新的進展,可是又想為自己訂個目標(半馬安全完賽就好),所以想請版上朋友給個意見
工作性質:8天輪班(早早中中夜夜休休)
跑步週期:兩天早班,夜班第一天,休假第二天,八天總共有四天可以跑
跑量/跑速:
每次約5-6K (心跳應該是M配速)
6:10-6:30依天氣溫度不定
偶爾會有一次E配速跑8-10K
目標:半馬完賽不求成績
目前跑量是這樣@@,超新手,知道跑步沒有速成法,只是希望能有效利用時間達到目標,希望版上朋友可以指點我一下,感恩
