想從自由式練習
於是先作基本功
練習韻律呼吸跟打水
想先請問關於韻律呼吸
它是先在水面上呼一口氣
不用呼氣到把整個嘴巴撐大嗎??
然後再下水嘴巴吐氣
吐氣也不用小泡泡嗎??
正常吐掉再浮上水面
上述這樣就算是作韻律呼吸的一次動作嗎???
若不是有完整作法嗎??
在作的當下常有些水跑進嘴巴裡
二、三次後就要停下來= =
這是正常的嗎??
另外拿著浮板打水
是要有感受到大腿擺動、整隻腳包括腳底板打平這樣嗎??
因為剛離職很閒
可以一天兩個時段去泳池沒關係
想問韻律呼吸要練到幾下??
