最近小妹我剛開始學蝶式
是從蝶腳開始練習的
(先在原地跳 手跟頭先入水面 然後臀部抬高之後整個人有點像倒U字那樣沉入水中)
↑抱歉我忘記這個叫什麼名稱了 好像有受過救生訓練的人有練過
不過大腿整個很沒力 整個都踢不起來
有請老師幫我看我踢得怎麼樣
結果我在水中明明踢了兩次 浮起來的時候
老師居然說 他在等我踢第二次(Orz...我有踢了兩次啊 Q__Q
我在想應該是大腿很沒力的關係 導致踢水的幅度不大
想要請教怎麼讓大腿變的有力 在借不到蛙鞋的情況之下..
在水中或者是陸上怎麼練呢? 騎腳踏車??
