新手.跑6公里後覺得腳無力. - 路跑 Road Running

新手. 近三周終於自主練習超過10公里 (11公里/ 13公里/ 16公里)
但其實跑超過6公里(約6分半~7分速).腳已經完全無力..抬腿,加速 都不行
後面10公里(約7分~7分半速)..只能用身體帶著腳.拖著慢慢跑
近一個月 二,四會跑 5~6公里 星期六或日 會長跑一次
腳無力的問題 .. 如果改善~ 多跑就可以嗎.
目標是半馬完賽. 但跑6公里後..覺得好像是 意志力在支持跑步
這樣正常嗎?
PS . 每個星期六早上 逢甲有個練跑團.. 跑起來好輕鬆
應該有6分速 .. 還能邊跑邊聊天. 要跑資幾年才能那麼愜意.
