換氣時胸部會悶悶的 - 游泳討論

不知道各位有沒有這種感覺
就像脖子以下在水中吸氣時
胸部會覺得有點悶悶的、氣吸得不是很足夠
只要胸部離開水面吸氣就不會了
同樣的，自由式換氣時
會越來越覺得悶
漸漸的覺得每次吸的氣都不夠使用
請問我該如何解決胸部悶悶的這個問題呢？
