其實我不太能理解怎麼台灣的拳擊團課會演變成學員互相拿靶的練習...
拿靶是一種很經驗性的技術活,即使是身強體壯的拳擊教練,有時候時機力度
掌控不好,學員的拳打不夠準,持靶的手腕肩膀也都還是會受傷...
不過既然課程這樣編排了,那...就建議你試著怎麼抓對方出拳到靶位那一瞬間稍微
用力頂一下,不能從頭到尾都很用力拿...
