捷式打水 - 游泳討論

如題呢
小弟在游單邊換氣時是以右邊為主,
游久了以後(大概七百)左腳踝開始有撕裂感,
雙邊換氣就不會,但這還是沒解決我的問題
就我自己的感覺是換氣回來會打的特別大力 是這個嗎
還是我的小腿沒力了 需要練習打水才能持續出力
平常游泳大概也只游到一千出頭,二十分鐘左右就要起來休息了……
請版上有經驗的大大給點意見!
