在今年三月改了姿勢
從直臂改為曲臂抱水
雖然感覺多花了很多力氣推水
但速度卻沒有明顯的進步
2KM還是維持在45分左右(50M池 不會轉身XD)
每個禮拜游差不多四次這樣的距離
想在兩年內進步到3KM/1hr的速度
不好意思很孤單沒人幫我拍泳姿的影片QQ
不知道需不需要再增加訓練的量
或者是手腳分開訓練呢
想問問各位高手哪一項對我比較有幫助??
