按摩滾輪類型 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好~~因為之前中了ITBS
有開始拉筋和半蹲
但過了三四個月依舊沒有好QQ
爬文後看到有些推薦滾輪可以幫助ITband放鬆
目前查到有兩種滾輪選擇(只考慮短版的)
1.狼牙棒(爬文發現大家好像比較常講這個)
2.普通滾輪
運動習慣大概每周三次,偶爾參加路跑(最多半馬)
其實運動量並不是很大~
所以想說是不是用不到狼牙棒這種深層按摩的滾輪
麻煩各位跑友給些的意見了!!
