投球和傳球動作請各位指導 - 棒球討論

傳球的揮臂動作, http://goo.gl/zhp2
短距離傳球,大概只能出7分力
多出力的話,右肩膀(衣服黃色,藍色交接處),緊緊的不太舒服
如果是長傳,手臂後擺動作加大,右肩就會有點痛了

感覺抬腳動作有些不協調,而且重心好像壓的不夠低,投球和傳球好像都沒用到腰?
跟傳球時有相同的問題,揮臂出的力量越大
右肩上邊越容易感覺到疼痛
全力投球完的瞬間,整隻手會痛得發麻抬不起來
想請教大家,我這樣揮臂的動作是否正確呢
還有身體哪些動作需要調整呢?
請大家不吝指教

在家中只能練習簡單的投球
而且似乎因為姿勢不正確
所以投完後肩膀和腰都很痛
加上因為是女生(國二生)< ...
