自由攻擊狀況好 舉球佳的時候
長攻大概能打在直線7米
可是最近打完比賽
被系上的校隊學長說扣球的磅數不足
沒有用身體帶 只會用揮臂的力量
於是我試著先用身體扭轉去帶揮臂
一直變成動脈扣球
另外我有個壞習慣
就是舉球很好
時機也恰到好處的時候
扣球不太愛包球
都會直接大力拍下去
所以想請問版上各位公開級神手
有甚麼練習方式能增強扣球的磅數
