那天打籃球,跳很高下來,左腳跟先著地,後來就很疼痛!自己有先冰敷,再去給中醫生看,醫生說是發炎,先不能推,先熱敷再包藥,請問一下,後續處理我要如何去做呢?自己在家可以做什麼的復健呢?大概多久可以再去運動呢?謝謝

用繃帶纏住會比較好
每天在洗澡的時候可以用蓮蓬頭沖
再用熱水泡,重點是不要出太多力,不然會復發
最好是一個月以後再去運動,小散步當然還是可以
