我每次只有下課能打球(10分~15分),沒時間作暖身運動,可是卻造成自己的全身關節酸痛,動起來變的有點遲緩,要怎樣才能打運動傷害降到最低呢??

我是有個建議...從教室到球場的路程就用慢跑地...
同時手部和頸部就做些暖身的動作!
還有如果你是天天都有在運動的人,關節酸痛的情況會漸漸消失...
這只是經驗談,可以參考一下!
