不少球友都有激烈比賽或激烈運動,肚子餓體力不濟的狀況,個人
也常在下午四點開始打球,打到一半很餓,體力不濟.也許是我中午
習慣吃麵吧.
我看過一些運動前飲食的筆記:
運動前吃甜的,血醣上升,胰島素分泌,血醣下降,運動時
需要血糖,造成血醣雙重下降.....
所以是否運動前不要吃甜的,如巧克力,到底運動前的飲食
要如何調配,才能發揮最佳體力呢?
