打水 & 自由式的運動量?? - 游泳討論

大家好 有一個小問題一直困擾我很久
我平常有游泳當做運動的習慣
最近自由式整趟游完後(1500m/40min) 身體不會累
可是用浮板打水(頭在水上不用換氣的那種)
大約30分後就身體發熱且喘得跟什麼一樣 @@
有人是跟我說 自由式是四肢都動所以運動量應該會比較多
可是我覺得打水比游自由式更有 "運動的感覺"(有人可以明白我的意思嗎?)
想請問大家打水和自由式的運動量那一個比較多呢
可以用那種比較喘來做為判斷嗎???
