小弟目前實力算是社團 有時可以靠戰術打贏後段的乙組
問題就是 我覺得體力分配目前有點問題
拿的板子是硬五夾 + 大陸皮*2 [恩...很重]
如果以橫軸代表時間 縱軸表狀況的話
大概就像常態分佈[最好的狀況可以維持 90~120 min]
如當天有比較需要腦力或體力的活動的話[ex:考試]
下降的速度就像指數下降
大家都一樣嗎?
還是要偶爾做個小重訓之類的? or 慢跑?
只是覺得我認識的 狀況都沒有那麼大的起伏 比較穩定
Q:有什麼辦法可以讓實力在一段時間內保時一定程度呢?
