打完球背痛 - 籃球

這兩年只要忘了伸展或暖身
就連純粹一個人無聊投投籃
打完背有時候都會酸痛
久一點要兩三天才會完全恢復
真的很困擾....
目前的狀況是只要"有暖身""有拉筋"
基本上就沒有痛過
可是這是不是代表背部或是腹部肌力太差??
原波年紀比較大 今年剛滿33
30歲以前根本沒有這種困擾...
有人可以分享一下改進方式嗎? 謝謝
