國民總教練提到一個問題
王,手臂強度不夠
滑球根本投不好
而手臂強度這種,一定不是一朝一夕可以練起來
可能要經過一兩個月重訓,習慣比賽,才能回復
所以,接下來幾場可能都還是同樣問題
滑球根本丟不進去
大概都是這樣,
目前王就把伸卡找回來,在這最後兩個月,
控球找回來,
然後穩穩吃局數,讓打者出局
強化手臂這工作就等到球季結束,
或者是隨著比賽,休息重訓來增強
PS. 小王這兩年應該是做很多強化手臂的訓練
如果這兩年都還不能恢復,可見他在洋基的手臂真的讓九頭驢非常舒服
