我自從上大學後體重直線飆升平常有在打球+滑板80增加到95但是最近腳受傷所以不能運動只能散散步請求大大賜我減肥計畫我不想要藥物或是什麼排便順利之類的東西我希望是運動或飲食習慣上的建議希望減至75感謝各位大大了
