前陣子我就有在注意自己的飲食不要吃甜食 不要吃太飽前2個禮拜就瘦了3公斤可是雖然瘦了3公斤還要在瘦5公斤才會到標準體重。現在暑假了這兩個月我想趕快瘦下來。請各位給我一點意見吧還有什麼運動比較有效?我習慣吃早餐早餐應該吃什麼比較好?午餐可以不吃嗎?最近天氣熱,我都沒吃午餐晚��
