發文之前已經有先看過精華區的文章
但還是有一些疑問 所以想跟大家請教^^"
跟板上前輩比起來本人跑步的量算是非常輕的...
固定跑跑步機 20-30分鐘 (見笑了~XD)
一天最少跑一次 最多不超過三次
速度平均是11.5 坡度 4-5 之間
(機種不一樣計算方式可能會不同 數字看看就好 @@)
從大學開始跑到現在
在肌力的訓練多是以簡單的蹲站跟交互蹲跳為主
大概一月的時候
發現右腳腳踝內側向上一個拳頭高處會有陣陣疼痛
而且只有在有"跑"的動作時才會
因為不會很痛 外表看起來也都正常
所以真的沒理他..... (我錯了 Orz)
慢慢發現有惡化的趨勢
很緊張的 (因為剛好看了一公升的眼淚 .... ="=) 去就診
被醫生說是疲勞性骨折
說不需要治療 僅需停跑即可自動復原
二月趁著過年 也放了自己一個月的假
現在雖然不會有疼痛感
但還是覺得有點不一樣的感覺
想請教各位前輩有沒有相同的經驗或是預防的方法可以分享
如果要買護具的話要朝哪方面著手勒
