平常並沒有特別從事什麼運動的習慣
今天早上早起想說去慢跑一下
據說早上起來跑跑步可以是一天活力的泉源
可是跑完以後只覺得頭暈且有點想吐
身體不太舒服
請問這是因為平常缺少運動或起來未進食喝水的關係嗎?
