我有看一下板友po的文得知有"適合跑者的八大伸展操"

但裡面的步驟5~8我可能做不來
目前我都是步驟2~4+手腕腳踝+膝關節繞環+低壓腿 每個動作大約都有4個八拍
不曉得這樣是不是夠用...
然後想請問大家膝關節繞環會傷到膝蓋嗎??
