想請教軟骨磨損的徵兆 - 路跑 Road Running

開始練習跑步大約三四年吧
參加過最近兩次臺北的全馬
成績約四小時
本身體重並不重
但是去年常常在操場轉圈圈練跑
可能是因為這樣
左膝不適約三個月了
多加休息後情形有好轉
最近就開始決定要改跑馬路免得一直轉圈圈
聽說軟骨磨損是長不回來的
所以想知道是不是痛膝蓋的什麼地方什麼角度才是軟骨有受傷
能不能自我檢測方便自我警覺
