想準備慢跑跟重訓並進 - 路跑 Road Running

六月初報了九月中的半馬路跑
因為這是第一次跑半馬所以希望能充分準備
報名前一週只跑兩天 5-10K不等
此外一週還會運動四天 以壺鈴跟徒手重訓為主
六月初報完半馬就一週跑2-3次
以10k為基礎 每次多跑一點
昨天跑了新紀錄的13k 速度約在6:50左右
剛剛用nike教練排12週練習進度後
發現如果照練習進度排 每週得跑5-6天
但是我想要與重訓並進 不希望只跑步
但是在一天之內排重訓跟跑步有困難
(抱歉我弱OAQ)
想請問有準備過半馬經驗的各位
一定要練5-6天嗎?能不能集中練2-3天然後跑久一點就好呢?
