最近常感覺到莫名的心慌,想到一年前練瑜珈時。那種放鬆的感覺
所以想再次練瑜珈,因為看到書上都會介紹哪些體位 可以調整身體某些部位
不知有無針對心慌,焦慮的體位呢? 這算是身體大腦部分嗎?
