請問各位,我要對排球之體能技能做個基本了解,有個問題,就是如下:
1.現階段國內研究排球的體能訓練方法有
反應速度訓練、力量訓練、耐力訓練、柔軟度訓練、敏捷訓練、心肺耐力訓練、肌耐力訓練、核心肌力訓練、彈跳力訓練、爆發力訓
練等共十一項。
2.排球是由八項基本技術所組成,分別為準備姿勢、移動、發球、墊球、傳球、扣球(攻擊)、攔網、舉球等
以上是我爬文結果是否正確呢?麻煩解惑了!!小女感恩不盡
