我是國一女生身高161體重60左右我不想讓家人知道我在減肥想瘦下半身((很肥QAQ因為我都吃學校的午餐,沒辦法知道有多少卡路里((頂多只能控制早晚餐...然後又要讀書之類的,沒辦法每天都做運動但我常常爬樓梯,然後平常晚上會做空中腳踏車的動作,晚餐盡量少吃醬有用嗎??我原本是吃不胖體質,但不知為啥
