兩隻手往上舉~~
可以舉多高就舉多高~~
阿就一直這樣子走路~~
可以做ㄍ20分鐘吧~~
每天都持續這樣~~
如果可以的話~~
跳跳繩也是不錯的選擇~~

你目前的身高,很正常丫~因為還在發育皆段,所以別怕~如果要選擇運動的話,我建議去游泳池,游泳可以增加肺活量,亦可幫助氣喘~(冬季選擇溫水游泳池,夏季一般游泳池即可)要不然,如果你敢喝中藥的話,可去中藥房配藥(選擇溫和性的中藥,又不刺激氣喘,中藥房都有配方),千萬別去買第四台的長身高的藥,那種藥只不過加了很多鈣而以,多喝牛奶就能攝取~
