大叔年紀也40幾了,以前跟著同好一起訓練,
配速、距離都可以有一定的水準,停跑三、四
年了,這期間都跑去游泳池混,跑步這件事也
就荒廢了,最近的游泳池因為疫情的關係都沒
有開放,為了維持體重、身材,又重新回來跑
步了。
現在只有一個人跑,配速6:00就很吃力,距離
大概也只能5km左右,短期內大概也只能用這個
課表了,只是一個人的意志力顯得非常薄弱,常
常跑了200公尺,就因為覺得累就想放棄,或是跑
著跑著,覺得自己跑得太慢沒有訓練的效果,就想
放棄了,我知道這是太久沒跑的關係,自己又有很
強的好勝心,又想快點回到以前的狀態,導致容易
患得患失。
現在最好的方式應該就是砍掉重練了,也不要想著
以前怎麼跑步,跑就對了,自己一個人跑其實很孤
獨,但是又不知道怎麼提升意志力,怎麼維持跑步
的熱情,各位跑友在休養很久之後,怎麼重回跑步
的懷抱,有什麼方式不讓自己不要太容易放棄,找
朋友跑是最好的方式,但是我就是喜歡一個人跑,
自己一個人自由多了!
分享一下大家怎麼從不跑步的初心者,能夠維持跑
步的動力!
