我身高176體重70.聽起來還好.可是我4隻很瘦.就肚子大.老婆都說我是蜘蛛(4支細長中間大).我很努力的練了.每天一個小時.先伏力挺身在慢跑在啞鈴在慢跑在伏力挺身.如此循環約一個小時.肚子有變小一些.可是手臂和胸肌都練不大(力氣倒是變的粉大).有人說要多吃才會長肌肉.可是多吃肌肉沒看到肥肚又來��
