平躺、膝蓋彎起腳板著地,手指放在耳邊;仰臥起坐後上身轉向左面(此刻吐氣、肩膀放鬆),再轉回正面、緩緩躺下。右邊的動作也一樣,各重複10次。
★躺臥曲膝:
平躺、雙手平放兩側,膝蓋呈90度。吐氣並邊將膝蓋拉往右肩,回復,再拉往右肩,重複10次。
★側彎曲膝:
平躺、雙手平放兩側,膝蓋呈90度。用雙腳的力量往身邊右側壓至距離地板15公分,
吐氣,回復,再吸氣、往左側壓。每邊重複10次。
