就如上拉請問要如何一星期快速減肥?運動:1.跳繩2.原地慢跑運動方式我是想到以上這兩種Q1不過不知道要坐多少下(一天)?Q2請各位再多給一點運動方式和要做幾下?飲食方面我想說一天一餐不吃Q3那要哪一餐阿?Q4還有飲食方面哪些可以吃或多吃?Q5哪些不能吃?我的問題就以上這些最好是在補充一些減肥資料
