必須兩個月減13公斤 - 運動

我目前身高164體重6022y維持這個體重好幾年了但我必須在兩個月內減13公斤我吃東西都會算卡路里控制一天在1000~1200內也吃的很清淡然後每天至少運動兩小時都是有氧運動像跑步八公里或是上飛輪拳擊的課程但過了10天我體重似乎只下降一公斤...而且還不確定是排便或是水的關係實在很沮喪..我實在不知��
