我覺得肌力真的對保護關節很有用耶
我是扁平足 一樣的人應該知道 扁平足很容易腳踝外翻扭傷
印象中小時候也比較常走路阿 上下樓梯之類就受傷這樣
上大學以後開始狂運動 肌力變強以後
腳踝就很少在受傷了 這樣的感覺真好阿~XD
