很多人總是認為戴著護膝運動會多一層保護比較好
其實最好的護膝,就是肌力。
長期戴著護膝運動
是借助外力固定關節
反而讓肌肉休息
沒有得到強健肌肉的運動功能
基本上只要在運動前做足熱身及伸展就很夠了
沒受過傷還是少戴的好
