從慢跑轉換到游泳的一些問題 - 游泳討論

大家好我是新來到這個版上的泳客
有些問題想請教大家
背景介紹:
女性,20歲時因為身體不好接受醫生的建議開始游泳,不知不覺的十年就過去了,
然後因緣際會的開始接觸慢跑,不知不覺的也跑了兩年多,然後在一次路跑
活動中,一不小心就造成了膝蓋的運動傷害(ITB),斷斷續續休息、重新練跑2個月,
發現膝蓋的傷似乎沒有復原的跡象,所以為了膝蓋的復原,更為了延續運動的習慣,
所以我又重新開始游泳。
因為游泳中斷了兩年多,所以一開始游最大的問題應該是手部划水比較沒力氣,
蛙式還好,自由式就真的比較吃力些,游完手臂也會酸痛,但應該是乳酸堆積吧。
問題來了:
1.之前運動的習慣和頻率大約是1週跑步2-3次,每次大概用6.5-7.5分速跑10公里
上下,現在重新開始游泳,大概一次是40-45分鐘,游1300-1500m,
頻率應該也是一週2-3次,可是我總覺得游泳的運動量好像比較少,
感覺沒有很喘,也不會滿身臭汗(我知道游泳流汗很猛,但感覺不出來阿......)
蛙式和自由式比例目前是1:1,等到手比較有力氣後應該會調成3:7。
想請教各位,如果用我之前跑步的運動量去轉換成游泳,大概是要游多久才能
達到一樣的運動效果?(消耗同樣的熱量,或是同樣的心肺的效果)
2.爬文後發現,蛙式其實對膝蓋也有影響,所以如果為了養膝蓋的傷,是否蛙式
就比較不適合我?(只能輕輕的慢速蛙)
3.我知道如果游的速度加快,心肺的鍛鍊一定效果更好,但我的年紀好像也不太
適合再去練速度,可能可以朝耐力方面去努力,是這樣吧?
