自從看了哈登的後撤步,
一直想練,
動作是練成了,
不過命中率一直到最近才算ok,
畢竟跟平常的跳投不太一樣。
不過之前我是很愛後仰,
應該說,
不後仰我不會投籃哈哈。
想跟大家討論的是,
後仰跟後撤步,
那個比較實用啊?
面框時,
我是覺得差不多,
後撤步還比較省力,
後仰其實滿吃彈性的,
但可能我習慣後仰久了,
後撤步的命中率還是比後仰差一點。
但背框單打時,
後仰真的很好用,
之前有提過,我比較重,
目前176,88,能摸框,
背框單打時,只要是同身高的,
Jordan那招真的很好用,
切入,對方若跟上來,
跟對方身體碰撞後,
假裝要轉身,對方的重心被騙到後,
再翻身後仰跳投(這時對方瘦一點的通常跳不起來了),
除非對方跳超級高,
不然這招只是自己會不會進,
然後這招吃個幾次後,
對方會把重心壓在一邊防你假轉真翻,
這時直接轉身跳投,
基本是單打超好用。
背框的話,後撤步好像配不起來。
不知大家有練這兩招的嗎?
畢竟年紀倒了,
一直後仰我怕有一天我腳會爆,
體重又減不太下來(貪吃…)
後撤步是不是對腳的負擔比較小?
題外話,歐州步我一直練不起來,
有人有訣竅嗎?
