之前跑過平地半馬
因為覺得自己沒有能力跑全馬
所以下一步想跑越野,報名了明年四月風櫃嘴
有試著在有坡度的地方練習,但很容易覺得累跟喘
我跑平地馬的時候嘴巴幾乎都不會張開XD
但有坡的地方就很容易累
不曉得可以怎麼練習來強化這部分呢?
我有在做棒式等核心肌群的練習
但跑越野比較擔心膝蓋的部分
還請各位高手指教,非常感謝!
