我是肉肉的男生我已經進行兩個禮拜了我怕我塑身的方式有錯誤要請大家給一下建議和補充週一三六下午的時候做五個循環的運動一循環包括伏地挺身10下躺在地上腳抬起來合併寫26個英文字母用屁股走路(房間的一邊走到另一邊)靠牆站著然後向前走一步左右輪流轉身用雙手貼到牆(瘦腰的)開合跳50下------
