New contract and loan for Brown

Izzy Brown has today signed a new contract until 2021 and joined Premier
League newcomers Brighton and Hove Albion on loan until the end of the
season.
The 20-year-old is an FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League winner with
Chelsea and made his senior debut for the club in May 2015.
Last season he played an important part in Huddersfield's promotion to the
top flight via the play-offs. Brighton went up in second place and Brown,
a regular at England youth levels, will now continue his development on
the South Coast with Chris Hughton's side.
