小蛙遇到的幾個問題 - 游泳討論

去年暑假終於學會蛙式,教練說:膝蓋併攏往斜後後方蹬->夾水->伸直
和同學聊了之後他說這應該是小蛙的游法
記得當初教練強調:開始學要先要求併攏,如果一開始沒要求併攏,
以後就根本不會併攏。但我還沒體會出有無併攏的差別...
只是爬文之後發現很少討論「膝蓋併攏」這一點,請問這樣是對的嗎??
大概就是按照的這個方向去練,會前進,換氣也都OK,但一直會遇到一些問題
1.會一直往右邊游(游自由式也是),常常手都會打到水道鍊
然後明明身體在左邊水道,但腳已經踢到右邊水道下...很怕會踢到人阿@@
2.伸直的時候會一直怕沈太深換氣起不來,所以頭會想要往上,有點折腰,然後腰酸
請問各位我該怎麼解決上述兩個問題阿...
